The sender declares that the information provided in this form (identity, addresses, contents, declared value) is accurate, complete and truthful, and that they are the lawful owner or duly authorised holder of the item handed over.
The sender confirms that the shipment complies with all applicable Spanish and EU law, including Ley 15/2009 on the land transport of goods, and that it contains no prohibited or restricted goods: cash or bearer instruments, weapons, narcotics, explosives, flammable or hazardous materials, live animals, perishable goods requiring cold chain, counterfeit goods, or any item whose possession or transport requires a licence the sender does not hold.
Madrid Mobility Group acts as a private transport provider, not as a postal operator, and does not open or inspect shipments. Responsibility for correct packaging, for any documentation, permit, customs paperwork or invoice required, and for the legality of the contents rests entirely with the sender.
Liability for loss or damage is limited to the legally applicable maximum per kilogram under Spanish land transport law unless a higher declared value is agreed in writing before pickup. High-value items, irreplaceable originals and fragile goods are carried at the sender's risk and should be separately insured.
Personal data provided is processed solely to perform and invoice the transport service, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law, and is not shared with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary for the delivery.
Any false, incomplete or misleading declaration may result in immediate cancellation of the service, retention of the item at the disposal of the competent authorities, and full liability of the sender for any resulting damage, fine or claim.
