Luggage Delivery Between Madrid Airport and Your Hotel
Luggage rarely goes wrong at a convenient moment. It shows up a day late, or your flight leaves at 22:00 and check-out was at midday, or you land at 07:00 with a room that is not ready until three in the afternoon.
A private courier run solves all three without you dragging cases across the city or paying for a taxi you sit in twice.
Delayed baggage from the airline
If the airline files a delayed-baggage report, delivery is often handled by a subcontracted network that gives a 24–48 hour window. When you cannot wait — you are leaving Madrid on a day trip or moving on to another city — we collect the bag at the terminal and deliver it directly to your hotel.
Bring us the baggage reference and the airline's release authorisation; without those, the airline handling agent cannot legally hand the bag over.
Late flight, early check-out
Rather than storing cases in a hotel luggage room across town and returning for them, we can collect from the hotel in the afternoon and bring them to you at the terminal, or hold the run until the time that suits your departure.
For families this is the difference between a relaxed last day in the city and an afternoon organised around a suitcase.
Hands-free arrival day
Land, hand the cases over and go straight to lunch or a meeting. We deliver to the hotel and reception holds the bags until your room is ready. It works equally well in reverse for late-night flights.
Our vans take large cases, golf bags and pushchairs, so a family's whole luggage set can travel in a single run.
What we need from you
The number and rough size of the bags, the exact pickup and delivery addresses, the name and phone number of whoever is handing over and receiving, and the time window. Anything fragile should be declared on the form.
We do not carry unaccompanied bags whose contents the sender cannot confirm — that is a legal requirement, not a policy preference.
Frequently asked questions
- Can you collect a delayed bag from the airline at Barajas?
- Yes, when you provide the baggage file reference and written authorisation from the airline or handling agent to release the bag.
- How many suitcases can you take in one run?
- Our 6-seater vans typically carry up to six large cases; for more we quote a second vehicle in the same flat price.

- Yes. We hand them to reception against a signature and send you a confirmation message.
