Meet-and-greet at Barajas

After a transatlantic flight, the last thing you want is to hunt for a taxi. Your driver waits inside the terminal, past customs, holding a sign with your name. From there it's a short walk to the vehicle in the official taxi area — no shuttle bus, no confusion about which curb to stand at.

If you're traveling with kids, elderly parents, or someone who needs extra help, tell us when you book. We'll adjust the pickup so nobody has to stand and wait with the bags.

We watch your flight

U.S.-Madrid flights get delayed, rerouted, or land early all the time. We monitor your inbound flight from the moment you take off, and your pickup time updates automatically. You don't need to text us from the runway or worry about waiting-time fees.

If immigration or baggage claim runs long, we're still there. Included in the price.

Which terminal is my flight?

Madrid-Barajas (airport code MAD) has four terminals. Your terminal depends on the airline, not the destination — here's a quick guide for U.S. travelers:

  • T1Most non-Schengen and low-cost carriers: JetBlue, United, Delta (some routes), Air Europa transatlantic, easyJet.
  • T2 & T3Short-haul Schengen and regional flights. Rarely used by long-haul U.S. arrivals.
  • T4Iberia and Oneworld short/medium-haul, plus check-in for T4S long-haul.
  • T4S (satellite)Long-haul Iberia and American Airlines from the U.S. arrive here. A shuttle train connects T4S to T4, then to your driver.

Not sure? Send us your flight number when you book and we'll confirm the terminal and exact meeting point.

Families and groups up to 6

Our fleet is entirely 6-seat vans — Toyota Proace and Ford Tourneo Custom — so a family of five with a stroller or a group of six with luggage rides together in one vehicle. No splitting into two cars, no oversized SUV upcharge. Child seats and boosters are available at no extra cost; just tell us the ages.

Wheelchair-accessible airport transfers

Every vehicle we operate is wheelchair-accessible with a ramp and secured tie-downs, driven by staff trained to assist. Traveling with a manual or power chair, a scooter, or reduced mobility? Tell us the setup when you book and we'll match the right vehicle — same flat price as any other transfer.

Pricing, explained in plain English

Madrid regulates airport taxi pricing, which is good news for you. Here's how it works:

  • Inside Madrid city (M-30 ring): a regulated flat rate to or from Barajas, set by the city — the same for every licensed taxi.
  • Outside the city or private day service: a fixed quote we agree with you before you book. No meter surprises, no surge.
  • Payment: cash (euros), Bizum, or a secure card link (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) sent by WhatsApp or email. Tipping is appreciated but not required — this is Spain, not New York.

No extra charge for flight tracking, meet-and-greet, child seats, wheelchair access, or waiting time on arrival. Ask for your total before you confirm.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Madrid airport transfer cost?

Rides inside the city run on the official Madrid taxi meter with a regulated flat rate to/from Barajas. For pickups outside the city or private day services, we agree a flat rate up front — no surge, no surprises. You always know the price before you get in.

Where will my driver meet me at Madrid-Barajas?

We meet-and-greet in the arrivals hall of your terminal (T1, T2, T3, T4 or T4S) with a sign showing your name. We track your flight, so if you land early or late, your driver is there — no extra fee.

How do I find the right terminal for my flight?

Terminals at Barajas are assigned by airline. T1 handles most non-Schengen and low-cost carriers (JetBlue, United, Delta seasonal, easyJet). T4 and T4S are Iberia, American Airlines and Oneworld partners. Your boarding pass shows the terminal — we'll confirm it before pickup.

Can you help with luggage?

Yes. Our drivers help load and unload every bag, including large suitcases, strollers, golf bags and mobility equipment. Our vans fit up to 6 passengers with plenty of luggage space.

Do you have car seats for kids?

Yes — child seats and boosters are available on request at no extra cost. Just mention ages when you book.

Are the vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Our entire fleet is 6-seat vans fully adapted for wheelchair users, with trained drivers and a ramp. Book the accessible option and we'll confirm the setup that fits your chair.

How do I pay? Do you take U.S. cards?

Cash (euros), Bizum, or a secure card payment link we send by WhatsApp or email — U.S. Visa, Mastercard and Amex all work. No cash needed if you'd rather not carry euros.
